How to recover your account password

If you have forgotten your password, here is a step by step tutorial to recover your account

Note: If you have not verified your e-mail (step 1) then you can not recover your account.


Step 1: E-Mail verify your account

• Go to /settings and select credential settings
  
• Select E-Mail
  
• Select Add/Verify E-Mail
  
• Enter your E-Mail address
  
• Click confirm
  
• Open the inbox of the E-Mail address you just entered and copy the verification code highlighted from this E-Mail.
  
• Paste it here and click verify.
  
• Make sure you get this message in game chat after verifying. If you do, your E-Mail has successfully been verified.
  

Step 2: Recovering your account after forgetting password

• Try to enter the password you remember 3 times.
  
• If you get your password wrong 3 times, this box should open up if your account is E-Mail verified. Enter the E-Mail address that you verified to this account.
  
• Open the inbox of the E-Mail address you just entered and copy the verification code from this E-Mail.
  
• Paste the verification code from your E-Mail here.
  
• Once you have entered the verification code, this should show up in your in-game chat.
  
• You have successfully verified your account, use the template below to reset your password quickly because you only have 5 minutes.

I want to play on this server because i have special emotions for this server, but i Forget my password and my accaunt dont have Email idk what to do.
