I've got an

AMD Quadcore A8-4500m 1.9 Ghz - 2.8 GHZ Turbo Speed
Radeon HD 7640g
4 GB
640 gb HDD

Im very happy with it. I can get max resolution in san andreas, record videos and post them here :D

Also i ran Battlefield 3(Medium-High settings), Battlefield 4(low settings, medium settings at 30 FPS), Call Of Duty Ghosts(Low settings), GTA IV(Medium settings, considering it is unoptimized for PC, runs great around 40-30 FPS)

You made a right decision. AMD are bad at power consumption, also they overheat easier and more than Intel CPUs(when playing high req games), but that is normal because intel has a different design of CPUs than AMD do. Also, they have a good graphic IGPU, which is the most important thing when it comes to gaming.

Intel is a good CPU and GPU manufacturer, but... they're too expensive. While AMD gives the same, or even better. at Lower, or the same price as intel.

:)

power consumption is not a problem if you don't have to pay the electric bill :P

Anyways I have no say on lenovo but isn't it just IBM? I have owned around 23 IBM laptops in my life and only one of them still works today and that is an IBM A20M from around 1999, in short I don't like them.

imo Radeon over Nvidia, I have a 7 year old 2gb Radeon HD5770 and it will not fail me, I've worked it to the max since I got it, always had 2 screens connected to it, never had a real problem with it.
Same goes for AMD in general, ever since I switched to AMD my computer runs way smoother then it has ever, don't have to deal with these occasional hiccups I had with Intel.
But I have noticed that I need a new psu soon.
