User Colors

Okay, so a lot of users cannot comprehend how user colors work, so I'm going to go over them real quickly.

If you go in game, and type (/pc), you can review these colors in game:

If you press the TAB key, and view the score board, you can view all the users and their colors, ID's and ping:

So now I'm going to 'in detail' go into the colors.

[Civilian/ Undercover Agent] - A normal civilian. Or an undercover CIA agent (LEO).
If a police officer is attacking you as a white, you can call self defense (/sd [ID]) and reutrn fire or whatever. Do not randomly DM law enforcement officers however.

[Minor Warrant Issued Civilian] - A civilian which needs to be fined. Law Enforcement officers can use /fine for this. Unless the suspect is returning fire, you are not allowed to shoot and kill them. Basically, if they fail to comply or return fire themselves, you may act in self defense and shoot back.

[Warrant Issued Civilian] - A warrant issued civilian. This user needs to be arrested by a law enforcement officer using (/ar) or pressing the HORN KEY while in a LEO vehicle if the suspect is on foot. Deadly force can be used to take down this suspect, but you should at least attempt to arrest them if possible.

[Las Venturas Police Department] - A law enforcement officer. These officers also work with SWAT And Military Forces, meaning they are not to return fire within those factions. (No Teamkilling).

[Military Forces] - A Military or army officer. These officers also work with SWAT and the LVPD. Meaning they are not to return fire within those factions. (No teamkilling). Military officers take down most wanted suspects or suspect the LVPD cannot arrest.

[SWAT] - A SWAT officer. These officers also work with the LVPD and Military Forces. Meaning they are not to return fire within those factions. (No teamkilling).

[Medic] - A medic. Medics technically work for the government, but can heal and remove infections from other users and themselves for money.

[Taxi/ Bus Drivers] - A taxi/ bus driver simply drives around people for money.

If you witness a rule breaker, such as a team killer (excessive), or a deathmatcher, you can in-game use (/Complaint [Part Of Name/ ID] [Reason]). If no administrators are on, collect evidence of the incident, and file a complaint on the forum.
